My husband Gilles is a talented artist. That's my opinion. He does great work in pencil, very detailed, reminds me of those wildlife artists. He once did a stunning wolf for his mother. I wish we could have kept it. I'm very selfish about his art. He once sold a picture of a horse for a very small amount of money. I still pine for that picture.

Gilles went to college in Montreal and took their fine arts program. One of his teachers told him he had more talent in his little finger than.. oh i forget. But Gilles doesn't draw as much as I would like him to, which is sad really. He needs inspiration and just doesn't find it I guess.

Right now he is looking at learning computer type art and animation. He took a course in it at Vancouver Film School, though not the whole course, just the introduction. The course he took was for 3D Studio Max, and he's learning on his own too, constantly doing tutorials and such. He's also learning Flash. It keeps him quite busy this computer art. He is going to school taking computer networking as well.

He just compiled a few pictures he had around for you to look at. Just scroll through the thumbnails and click on them to see a larger image. Enjoy!
