hehe, not a Christian i take it? well I’m a Christian, and what makes me wonder the most is why does it take 15 years to convince the devil to leave in the name of Jesus, i mean either they got to or they don’t.. seems to point to psychiatric illness to me… i enjoyed your mini rant tho lol you seem a bit passionate on the subject it does make you wonder why God doesn’t explain the future to us though, in a booming voice from the sky, NO NO NO , IT’S SCHIZOPHRENIA! guess it’s just coz it’s as easily healed by Jesus no matter what they call it. God has a way of being quiet about things aye?

Exactly. When the Bible was written by persons unknown, millennia ago, no one knew about depression, mental disorder, OCD, Tourette’s syndrome or any of the dozens of afflictions of the brain and mind that we are aware of today, so they did what primitive man always did in the face of the unexplainable, and ascribed it to some supernatural agency, in this case demons, devils and the whole pandaemonium. Anyone suffering from any of these disorders needs medical and/or psychiatric help. The last thing they need is some priest prancing about the place, waving a cross around and chanting drivel.
